Sad Poetry Crying

Tears fall like rain,

From eyes that see no gain,

A heart that aches with pain,

And memories that linger like a stain.

Memories of love, now lost,

Dreams that died, at what cost?

My soul is weary, my heart is tossed,

And I am left with nothing but frost.

I try to find the light,

In the darkest of my night,

Yet, it appears to be such a long ways concealed,

And I am trapped in an eternal plight.

So I will cry these tears,

And face my deepest fears,

For in my sorrow, there are no cheers,

Only an endless sea of tears.
